2. Employee Anonymity
A core pillar of the OOC framework is employee anonymity. Individual survey responses are aggregated to ensure no specific employee can be identified by their organization. We never share individual raw survey data with employers.
3. Use of Information
Information is used to calculate certification tiers, generate gap analysis reports, and maintain the public registry of certified organizations.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use trusted third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database management (Supabase), and email communications (Resend), all of which comply with standard security protocols.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including row-level security and encrypted data transfers, to protect your organization's sensitive information.
