1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Organization of Choice (OOC) Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
2. Certification Accuracy
Organizations are responsible for ensuring all data submitted for certification—including employee headcounts, policy documents, and assessment responses—is truthful and accurate. Providing misleading information may result in immediate revocation of certification status.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activities occurring under their account.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Organization of Choice" name, logo, and assessment methodologies are the property of OOC. Certified organizations are granted a limited, revocable license to display the OOC badge for marketing purposes during their active certification term.
5. Limitation of Liability
OOC provides a certification framework and is not liable for business outcomes, employee disputes, or regulatory issues arising within certified organizations.
